MEET JODIE ABRAHAMS
Jodie Abrahams is an experienced practitioner specialising in mood and mental health, sleep, and women’s hormonal health. She has a wealth of experience working one-to-one with clients to help them achieve their nutritional goals and thrive in mind, body, and spirit.
EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND
Jodie trained as a Nutritional Therapist at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. In addition to her one-to-one work with clients, Jodie works as a nutrition consultant and has produced written and video content for a number of brands. She is an experienced speaker, writer, and workshop facilitator.
Jodie’s interests outside of work include photography, art, and music. She loves running, yoga, and being in nature – especially by the sea.
