MEET JORDAN ALI

Jordan Ali embraces the latest body composition analysis and applies the OPT Model to guide his clients toward sustainable results for sports performance, health optimisation, body fat loss, and strength and conditioning training. He continuously refines his skills and strategies to help each client achieve their unique goals.

EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND

Jordan developed his athletic skill as a British middle-distance runner, winning multiple national medals from 2009 to 2013 before becoming an experienced NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Since then, he has worked with various clients in Hong Kong and London to build bespoke programs using the same methodologies used by Olympic athletes and trainers.

Jordan is a keen CrossFitter and is currently training for the Hyrox Pro. Outside the gym, he is a passionate watch collector, traveller, and sports follower – particularly football, tennis, and Formula 1.
