Meet Usha Chadha

After a career in the corporate world, Usha followed her passion for yoga and trained in the Himalayas to become a registered Yoga Alliance teacher.

Usha teaches meditation, breathwork, yoga nidra, traditional hatha yoga, and menopause yoga. She specializes in bringing yoga philosophy, spirituality, human compassion, and kindness to her teachings to encourage her students to overcome the anxieties and stresses of modern-day life.

An approved International Coaching Federation coach, Usha supports women leaders to find their strength and wisdom. She helps people navigate change and challenge with grace.

More About Usha’s Yoga Experience

A Yoga practitioner since 2007 and yoga therapist and teacher since 2018, Usha is based in London and has taught in Europe and Asia.

Usha specializes in bringing Vedantic yoga philosophy, spirituality, human compassion and kindness to her teachings to encourage her students to have a deeper meaning of yoga practices from its root source.

Beyond asana/postures, she considers yoga a practice that leads to self-transformation and self-inquiry by focusing on breath and body awareness. She helps people achieve a greater sense of self, well-being, balance, resilience, and peace.

Therapeutic Benefits of Yoga

The holistic benefits of yoga have helped Usha through some stressful personal life events. She used yoga practices to recover from bereavement, anxiety, and stress.

Realising these powerful therapeutic benefits was what motivated Usha to become a yoga teacher; she wants to share some simple tools to help people remain grounded and balanced with a greater sense of vitality and health.

Over the years, as Usha moved to different countries for work and studies, she would regularly discover different styles of yoga. Usha is trained to teach the following forms of yoga:
