READ MOREHow Does Nutritional Therapy Help?
Nutritional therapy considers how different systems function, communicate with each other, and feel within the body. Nutritional therapists seek to identify and correct imbalances and deficiencies using a targeted nutrition plan.
It’s normal for your lifestyle and needs to fluctuate throughout your lifetime based on various factors, including physical and psychological demands, sleep patterns, external environments, internal experiences, and underlying health conditions. At APN London, we offer an in-depth consultation that inventories all these factors and assesses your unique nutrient needs to create a custom nutrition plan.
Nutritional therapy can help you address a wide range of health concerns, including:
- Mood fluctuations
- Sleep difficulties
- Nervous system regulation issues (including symptoms related to ADHD, OCD, and anxiety)
- Impaired cognitive function (problems with memory, concentration, motivation, and focus)
- Metabolic issues
- Stress, energy, and hormonal imbalances
