ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
We designed this programme to tailor to women at different life stages with various health concerns and goals. The Women’s Health Pathway provides personalised professional guidance to help our clients achieve wellness in body, mind, and soul.
Each client starts with an APN assessment. From there, we’ll work with you to build a bespoke programme with one-to-one therapies, group psychoeducation sessions, and mind-body modalities, including:
- Nutritional Therapy
- Psychiatric Support
- Psychosexual Therapy

The Women’s Health Pathway supports women who would like to address symptoms, conditions, or health concerns, including, but not limited to:

The Women’s Health Pathway offers a unique mind-body approach using a multidisciplinary team of practitioners led by Nutritionist Jodie Abrahams. Our integrated multidisciplinary team will help and empower clients along their holistic journey to better health.
The Women’s Health Pathway multidisciplinary team includes a nutritional therapist, a psychosexual therapist, a psychotherapist, a consultant psychiatrist, a fitness coach, a massage therapist, and a yoga practitioner.
